– You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable and the session will be considered used.
– To cancel or reschedule, please use the provided booking link.
– Independent professionals reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment at their discretion. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund of any payment processed through the platform.

5. User Responsibilities

– You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when registering on the platform.
– You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms.
– If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts, you should seek immediate assistance from a qualified mental health service or contact emergency services in your location.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

– www.somiri.com provides no warranties regarding the quality, effectiveness, or suitability of services offered by independent professionals on the platform. Services may vary in effectiveness based on individual circumstances.

7. Payment Processing

– Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
– By proceeding with payment, you authorize the relevant professional to charge the agreed-upon fees through the platform’s payment system.
– www.somiri.com is not responsible for issues related to payment processing, including payment failures, chargebacks, or fraud. Such matters must be addressed with the payment provider.
– Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
